All sessions are held live on Zoom every Monday at 10:00 AM EST. Each session runs for about 90 mins and includes interactive discussions, exercises, and time for questions. Recordings will be available for anyone who misses a session, so you’ll never lose access to valuable insights. You’ll also receive follow-up notes or resources after each session to help you apply what you’ve learned in your daily life.
